  • Each plan includes a set number of hours per month for various tasks, like scheduling appointments, managing reminders, and researching vendors. The Basic Plan gives you up to 3 hours of support, the Pro Plan offers 6 hours, and the VIP Concierge gives you 10 hours, plus priority access.

  • Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, depending on your needs. Just reach out to me, and we’ll adjust your plan accordingly.

  • No! There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time. You’re in control of your plan, and there’s no commitment beyond the month you’ve paid for.

  • Simply sign up via our "Subscribe" and select your plan. Once you sign up, you’ll receive a welcome email, and we’ll schedule a consultation to discuss your needs and set everything up.

  • If you exceed the hours in your plan, additional support is billed at $20/hour. You’ll always know in advance if your time is running out, so there are no surprises.

  • Yes! If you need help with a one-time task (like booking an appointment, researching a vendor, or setting up recurring reminders), you can request à la carte support at $30/hour. There's no commitment, and you can book just what you need.

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe or Square. You’ll be billed at sign up based on the plan you choose. For one-time support, you’ll be billed before the task is started.

  • Yes! I can book rideshare services (Uber/Lyft), arrange private car services, or provide public transportation routes for your appointments or events. I can also set up recurring transportation if you need regular rides.

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime by contacting me directly. You won’t be charged for the next month, and you’ll have access to your plan’s services until the end of your current billing cycle.
